Call for applications – Final external evaluation of Dynamo International’s 2022–2026 DGD Programme

Dynamo International is seeking applications for the final external evaluation of its 2022–2026 DGD Programme, “Protection and multidimensional support for children in street situations and vulnerable children”, co-funded by the Belgian Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DGD).

Implemented in Benin, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Senegal in partnership with local organisations, the Programme aims to sustainably improve the protection, resilience and comprehensive support provided to children and young people in street situations or other situations of vulnerability, as well as their educational, socio-professional, family and community (re)integration.

Dynamo International is looking for an independent external evaluator or evaluation team with proven experience in evaluating international development cooperation projects or programmes.

The evaluation will cover the Programme as a whole and its three outcomes, based on the six OECD-DAC evaluation criteria. It will assess the Programme’s results and the changes to which it has contributed, identify key lessons learned and provide recommendations to inform future interventions.

Maximum budget: EUR 22,000, inclusive of all costs and applicable taxes.

Deadline for applications: 11 October 2026.
