Reporting complaints
Dynamo International has put in place a safe and accessible mechanism for anyone from within or outside the organisation to confidentially report violations of integrity. The organisation guarantees that each complaint is handled confidentially, appropriately, fairly and swiftly, and offers assurance that the victims and complainants are protected at all stages of the process, including against any form of retaliation.
Complaints can be addressed to the Complaints Manager by email (plaintes@dynamointernational.org) or via the secure form available on this page.
The role of Complaints Manager is currently held by two individuals: Ms Chantal Pissort and Mr Pierre Delhez, both members of the Board of Directors. When submitting a complaint, the complainant may specify whether s/he has a preference as to which person handles their complaint.
