The “Human Rights, Social Rights” grant is a call for projects that is open once a year. Depending on the opening of the call, it usually closes in February for projects to be carried out between April 1 and October 31 of the same year.

This is a funding opportunity for exchange projects between at least two groups of young people on human rights issues.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • You are a group of at least 4 young people from FWB
  • You are between 15 and 30 years old (if you are a minor, you must be accompanied by at least one supervisor)
  • You are a French-speaking resident of Wallonia or Brussels for at least 2 years

FINANCING

  • Funding is up to a maximum of €5500 with a mandatory 10% co-financing (example: if you ask for €3,000, you must bring €300 and your total budget is then €3,300).

Attention: salary costs are not eligible. The cost of certain purchases that can be used outside the project will only be eligible on the basis of justification and prior acceptance by the BIJ.
