Dialogues with Moussa Sow in Navarre and Euskadi (Spain)

As part of the El viaje de nuestras vidas project promoted by the Navarrese Nuevo Futuro Association and supported by the Government of Navarre’s migration policies, we organised several meetings with Senegalese human rights defender MOUSSA SOW. We discussed the journeys of his life, how the migration phenomenon is perceived from Africa and what he thinks of the reception in Europe, and in general his vision of the world in this period of change. We held the meetings in Cintruénigo IES La Paz, at the House of Culture de Corella, in Civican de Pamplona and with the colleagues of IR-Araba in Vitoria Gasteiz. These dialogues brought together 175 people. (22nd to 26th November 2021).

In addition, the director of Avenir de l’Enfance du Sénégal, and coordinator of the African platform of Dynamo International – Street Workers Network, met with officials of the International Cooperation of the Pamplona City Council (which supports one of its programs) and with officials of the Government of Navarre for future opportunities, and of course with the team of Asociación Navarra Nuevo Futuro.
