No child should be stateless

Being stateless when you are a child is nonsense and an infringement of the rights of the child. This paper, that Dynamo International – Street Workers Network endorsed, has identified some of the different groups of children affected by statelessness and the key barriers to preventing and reducing statelessness among children in migration in Europe. Statelessness is a solvable problem. There are key actions that States and regional institutions can take to address childhood statelessness and ensure that all children in Europe realise their right to a nationality, regardless of their migration status or that of their parents.
