Growing awareness of children and their needs is reflected in the current interest of experts, organizations and governments in promoting and protecting their rights and improving their care. In this complex society, children have a central place, but it is now clear that they do not have sufficient resources to promote themselves, defend themselves and participate fully in the life of the community. Although they are becoming increasingly important and mechanisms are being developed, the truth is that children are paradoxically invisible.

The study, in addition to generating collective knowledge, has a very instrumental purpose, to contribute to the implementation of a law and its adaptation in each autonomous community.
